SCD's only reason to exist is to bring joy to everyone.
We want everyone who dances with us, works for us and supports us in any way to always feel incredibly welcome and absolutely safe.
We also work as hard as we can to be a truly ethical organisation, contributing positively to the London Borough of Sutton.
Below are some of our main policies that we follow to try and keep everyone safe and fairly treated at all times. We take this very seriously and do value your feedback or questions any time about these policies.
Whatever your age, we want to work together to keep safe. We particularly take seriously our responsibilities to do everything possible to keep children and vulnerable adults protected during their time at SCD.
SCD is all about community. We value diversity and we strive to treat everyone equally and be as inclusive as we can, regardless.
We aren't interested in putting barriers up to people's enjoyment, for the sake of it. We believe we learn through taking risks and so our focus is on practical measures to ensure we can do everything to keep safe.
Working together we can ensure our eyes are open to the challenges and injustice around us in relation to modern slavery. A social challenge which is bigger than ever and worth more £ than the global drug trade.

Again, we want to keep learning as an organisation so do email us any questions, feedback or ideas.
Thank you.
