RED AND BLUE CREW STUDENTS arrive at SCD for 4pm for their tweaked class time of 4-5pm. 

DANCE LAB tweaked class time 5-6pm (please still arrive for 4.30pm)

ALL OTHER HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS arrive at SCD for 4.30pm promptly. 

- this gives you time to eat dinner, get in costume and rehearse in studio 2 and 3

ALL ADULT STUDENTS arrive at SCD from 5.30pm onwards. We understand you may need to arrive slightly later than this time due to work and child care - please arrive as soon as you can!

COSTUMES

Teachers have discussed with students directly, if not either arrive in all black or SCD merchandise.

We plan to have a couple run throughs of the finale at 6.30pm before opening the doors for the audience at 7pm.

FOR YOU ON THE NIGHT

* Our main Front of House projector and a screen in Studio2 will be showing the show live for performers to enjoy when not on stage.

* Snacks will be available for a small fee

* Areas will be provided for you to leave your bits in during the show

FOR AUDIENCE MEMBERS

* SCD main doors (the shutter) will open at 7pm, from 7.15pm people can start taking their sears and the show will start at 7.30pm.

Thanks for booking a ticket to the SCD family's ILLUMINATE event this Friday 19th July at 7.30pm.

We knew the event would be popular with so many people performing as we celebrate many of our High School and Adult classes.

Main doors to SCD open at 7.00pm. Doors to the studio will open at 7.15pm and the show running from 7.30pm

Important information for the event;

1. PLEASE EMAIL US URGENTLY if anyone in your party can no longer come or can spare their ticket. We have a long waiting list including performer's families who don't yet have anyone able to watch them. Some families have bought a lot of tickets so if you can get by with just1 or 2 people coming PLEASE do let us know so we can distribute tickets to others. You would be refunded of course.

Do please note we will also be livestreaming this event and will share the code on Thursday for anyone wishing to join this way.
We will also be streaming the show on our main screen at SCD for anyone wanting to sit in a bigger space or with a child needing space to move around etc.

2. As per our booking page information do come ready to be patient with each other and squeeze in as we safely fit in as many people as possible. SCD is not a theatre and we know its tight but we really love hosting our events here to keep them more affordable and so we can make full use of our home together.

3. If you have any accessibility needs at all do let us know by Thursday 8pm so the team can be ready to support in the best ways.

4. Friday looks like a warm day (28c forecast) so don't worry our air con will be on, our low priced refreshments ready and we advise you to not bring coats, heavy clothing at all. Cash or card for refreshments - if cash please bring change not your £50 notes ;)

5. Please remember Graham, our SCD media man (and longstanding BBC cameraman) will be filming this show in high quality ready for us to share (for free) with everyone within 48 hours after the event. So we ask you not to film this event. We want everyone performing to see the audience faces and for you to have your hands free to clap. You can take photos and videos before and after but not during the event. Trust us, the official film will be a great quality!
