CONTEMPORARY FOR EVERYONE AT SCD
Contemporary Dance is absolutely thrilling, offering dancers a brilliant and rich set of technical skills AND a hugely creative mix of choreography to learn and perform.
SCD Contemporary classes begin with Little Contemporary for children aged 3+ on Friday mornings and then rises through all school years and up to adult ages too.

ADULTS
We have two Adult Contemporary classes; Monday 7.30-8.30pm is our Open Level class for anyone wishing to focus on the foundations of Contemporary and Thursday 8.30-9.30pm for those with more experience.

RAMBERT GRADES AT SCD
SCD is delighted to work in partnership with Rambert Grades for our curriculum and assessment methodology in our High School Contemporary Classes.

GRADE 1
Students begin with Rambert Grade 1. No experience in Contemporary is required at this level and students are offered a brilliant start to their journey of more structured assessments in Contemporary through the syllabus.
