MONTHLY DANCE CLASS FEES

SCD monthly membership fees are paid by having a card securely saved on a member's account and payments are handled by STRIPE, one of the largest payment processors in the world. All of this is handled in a 'self serve' method where members create their own accounts online, enrol in classes and save their chosen payment method. Cards can be updated anytime by simply logging into the member's account. 

PAYG CLASSES

A small number of adult classes are available via Pay As You Go and these can be paid for online through our membership system by selecting 'drop in' for the relevant class and chosen date. If not these classes can be paid for in person using our contactless card machine or by exact cash. We don't keep more than a small amount of cash onsite and thats why we ask for cash payments to be made without requiring change.

STUDIO HIRE AND PARTIES

Once a booking has been agreed for a party or studio hire, SCD will request payment by card or bank transfer. Generally larger amounts are requested via bank transfer to limit the amount of processing fees due for the transaction. REFUNDS

Classes, parties and studio hire arrangements have their own respective refund policies, please just check you are familiar with the relevant approach via the website before making payments.

PAYMENT QUERIES AND ERRORS

Team SCD works really hard to handle all money in a really accountable away, like any good business and especially as a non profit where the money stays in our local community.  However, very occasionally errors do occur and SCD promises to refund / put any errors right as soon as possible, once discovered.
