Dance styles covered include; jive, sequence dancing, disco, line dancing, Ballroom & Latin and many other types. The teacher goes at the pace of the class each week and takes feedback to ensure the most popular styles are covered week to week.
Clubbercise® is a fun full body workout with a banging soundtrack that gets great results. One session burns around 600 calories. The routines combine dance, toning and combat moves with options to suit all fitness levels. Classes are held in a darkened room with disco lights and our LED glow sticks.
Hatha yoga including vinyasa flow, for strengthening and increasing flexibility. This is a mixed ability yoga class suitable for beginners, for those with health issues or injuries through to more advanced practitioners.

Fame is a high energy, fun filled class which is sure to put a smile on your face! You will work on the basics of jazz technique including turns, jumps and plenty of dancing to your favourite show tunes. The class is open to anyone in this age group, whatever their dance experience. Enjoy getting to know others in the class as you develop as dancers in a truly positive environment.
